ExploreWho can join the Sacco?
Membership is open to all individuals aged 18 and above who meet our registration requirements. To join, you only need a national ID and a registration fee.
How do I save with the Sacco?
Members make regular contributions — daily, weekly, or monthly — based on their preference. Payments can be made via Paybill, branch deposits, Sacco agents, or standing orders.
What loans are available?
We offer development loans, emergency loans, school fees loans, agriculture-based loans, and business loans. Loan terms vary depending on the product and your savings.
How much can I borrow?
You can borrow up to three times your savings, subject to guarantors or collateral. Repeat borrowers with a good credit history may qualify for up to four times their savings.
How long does loan processing take?
Most loans are processed within 0 to 14 working days after submission of all required documents and meeting all eligibility criteria.
How do I access my account balance?
Access your account via USSD *645#, our mobile app, the member portal, or by visiting any of our branches or authorized agents.
What happens if I default on my loan?
If a member defaults, guarantors or pledged collateral may be used to recover the loan. We encourage members to reach out early to discuss loan restructuring. Don't stay silent — we are here to support you.
